Turkish Opsan leases 5,000 sqm in Pitesti-based warehouse

Turkish car parts maker Opsan has leased 5,000 square meters of industrial space in CTPark Pitesti, the project developed by CTP.

The company chose to expand in Romania due to the presence of infrastructure and skilled workforce, according to Dunwell, the broker of the real estate transaction.

The space development for Opsan will include production and office components.
