Immofinanz and EHL Immobilien GmbH confirm long-term cooperation

In a long-term contract, Immofinanz and EHL Immobilien have confirmed their existing cooperation in the area of asset and centre management for a significant portion of the real estate portfolio of the Immofinanz Group in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe. As part of this cooperation, 92 buildings comprising 1.7 million sqm of total floor area are being managed in Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Rumania. The portfolio includes properties designated for office space, retail and logistics. Branches of EHL in the CEE countries are responsible for the rental and profitable management (expansion, modernization etc.) of the real estate portfolio. In return, the Immofinanz Group has acquired a 49 percent share in EHL Immobilien GmbH. The majority share will still belong to Michael Ehlmaier. The transaction is subject to the approval of anti-trust authorities.
