The new mall will have a leasable area of 42,200 square meters and be built near the railway station in Sibiu.

Among the tenants are CineGold, Inditex (Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius), H&M, New Yorker and Kaufland, all of whom are already confirmed.

Festival Sibiu will also have an 8-screen CineGold cinema as well as 1,800 parking spaces.

NEPI Rockastle will also deliver this year the 9,600 sqm extension of Shopping City Sibiu, a mall bought in 2016 from Argo. The mall has a leasable area of 79,100 square meters and is currently the only one in the city.
