Andreea Stănică has been appointed as the new Head of Tax & Transfer Pricing for Rödl & Partner in Romania, as of December 9, 2019.

Andreea Stănică has more than 8 years of extensive experience in advising clients from various industries, primarily in the financial services industry and real estate sector, on complex matters related to corporate taxation.

Andreea’s expertise relates in particular to tax reviews, tax due diligence, taxation of financial instruments, international tax structuring, M&A, deal structuring and transfer pricing.

Previously she held the position of Senior Tax Manager in a Big 4 Company. During this period, she has been involved in multiple international tax structuring projects, tax analysis of structured financing products, business restructuring and reorganizations, general corporate tax advisory work and transfer pricing documentation projects. She also has significant experience in assisting clients during tax inspections and in successfully dealing with the Romanian tax authorities on various tax matters.

She is an internationally recognized expert, being a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK, as well as a certified tax consultant under the Romanian law.
