Impact Developer & Contractor appoints Constantin Sebeșanu as Development Director

Impact Developer & Contractor strengthens its team by appointing Constantin Sebeșanu as Development Director. With over 25 years of experience in project development and asset management, Constantin Sebeșanu will help expand the company nationally through new sustainable constructions.

During his 25 years of experience in project development and asset management, Constantin Sebeșanu actively participated in the initiation and operation of dozens of projects, thus supporting the decision-making process for sustainable development and investment success. The new Development Director of Impact attended the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest and holds majors in Strategic and Financial Management, acquired at Cornell and Boston Universities.

In January 2021, Impact Developer & Contractor began the construction of the New Greenfield (Phase IV development), with the objective of implementing an environmentally responsible building concept that meets the highest energy efficiency standards. In parallel, the company is working on the last phase of Luxuria Residence, which holds the BREEAM Excellent certification and on the Boreal Plus residential complex in Constanța. This year, Impact will start construction work for Greenfield Copou, a residential project in Iasi that will replicate the Greenfield Băneasa model.
