The second weekend of autumn brings new events. Here are some of our recommendations.

BAFF – Bucharest Art Film Festival, the art festival starts in 2016 with an edition dedicated to Constantin Brancusi. The festival aims to present films about art and its forms. It will take place during September 9-11 starting 16:00. On Friday, there will be a debate about the advertising art, while Saturday will be about the art of loving the patrimony.

The sixth edition of Balkanik Festival will return to Bucharest on September 9, 10 and 11, for a three-day event, with a lineup for Balkans and Arab world lovers. The festival will take place in the historic Uranus Garden in Bucharest, located in the last-standing old neighborhoods of Bucharest.

For dance lovers, on September 10, the first contest of pole dance and pole fitness from Romania, called Miss Pole Dance Romania, will take place from 15:30 to 18:00 at the National Palace of Children. The event is organized by Nadia Budurusi Sport Academy and Pole Passion from UK. The winner will attend the global championship from September 16.

For those who are interested in bio products and healthcare, there will be an outdoor event at Casa Universitarilor, called “Agenda Bio”, on September 10 starting from 11:00. The event will continue also on Sunday. Agenda Bio is an event promoting the healthy lifestyle, both for body and spirit. The access is based on tickets, but the children up to 14 years can get in for free. The ticket price covers the access in the fair, conferences and workshop areas and food tasting.
