What to do in Bucharest this Christmas?

Merry Christmas everyone! This weekend Bucharest has special Christmas events lined up. Here are some of them!

At Green Hours, the Romanian Christmas Jazz will take place on December 23 from 8 PM. Florin Raducanu will play the piano and Mihai Sebastian will play the saxophone and flute. There will be a musical night that the pianist Florin Raducanu started by publishing the “Romanian carols re-harmonized and composed for piano” in 2015 at the publishing house GrafoArt.

There will also take place concerts within Bucharest Christmas Market – Piata Constitutiei. On Friday, starting 6 PM, there will be recitals from Leticia Moisescu, Blue Noise, Narcisa Suciu and Elena Gheorghe. On Saturday, Gasca Zurli, Danubius from Corabia, Contrapunct and Jazzapella, Ducu Bertzi, Gospel Moods and Nicu Alifantis will be on stage. On Christmas day, starting 11 AM, singers from the National Palace of Children, Acapella, Operetta Stars and Fuego will be on stage.
