West Gate expands rental contract with Alpha Bank by end-2026

Office park West Gate, owned by the company Genesis Property, expands the rental contract with Alpha Bank by the end of 2026.

Alpha Bank started its operations in West Gate in 2008 and currently occupies 7,700 sqm in the offices park from the Western part of Bucharest.

„Alpha Bank is a very important tenant of the business park West Gate, which contributed since the beginning to the development of this business hub. The expansion of the rental contract by 8 years, compared with the initial period of 10 years, represents a validation of our efforts for the services offered,” said Liviu Tudor, president and founder of Genesis Property.

West Gate is one of the biggest office parks in Bucharest, comprising five office buildings with a lettable area of 75,000 sqm.
