Gianfranco Bisagni, 52, was appointed as the new executive vice-president of the Corporate Division Investment Banking and Private Banking (CIB&PB) and member of the UniCredit Tiriac Bank management.
He took over the management of this division in April after being confirmed in this new position by the National Bank of Romania.
Previously, Bisagni served as chief manager of UniCredit Hong Kong Branch& Head of Corporate Banking Asia Pacific within the UniCredit group.
He has 32 years of experience within the UniCredit group, having held positions in top management in Unicredit New York Branch and UniCredit Chicago Representative Office.
The management of UniCredit Tiriac Bank also includes Rasvan Radu, CEO/executive president, Stanislav Georgiev, CFO/executive vice- president, Zoltan Major, executive vice-president in charge of the Retail division, Daniela Bodirca, executive vice- president in charge of the Risk division, Septimiu Postelnicu, executive vice- president in charge of the Global Business Services (GBS) and Alina Dragan, executive vice- president in charge of the Human Resources division.
