Real estate agency network RE/MAX opens three new franchises in Romania

The Re/Max Romania real estate agency franchise, part of the world leader in real estate, extends the Romanian network with three new offices. The most recent franchises in the company portfolio are Re/Max Infinity in Cluj-Napoca, Re/Max Choice in Timisoara and Re/MaxTeam in Bucharest.

As a result of these openings, the number of Re/Max offices in Romania reached 31 units, by the end of the year the company proposed to reach a total of 40 offices in the country.

According to its representatives, the company brokered more than 1,000 real estate transactions in the first six months of the year, amounting to 40 million euros.

At the same time, the value of the commissions earned from the real estate brokerage in S1 2018 is 35 percent higher compared to the same period of the previous year.

Re/Max was set up in 1973 in Denver, now has more than 120,000 affiliated agents in 7,000 offices in about 100 countries around the world. In Europe, Re/Max is present in 38 countries, with more than 1,900 offices and 21,000 agents.
