Street-food restaurant Stradale to open in Oregon Park

The restaurant Stradale, developed under the street food and live cooking concepts, will be launched within the office complex Oregon Park at the beginning of November.

The new unit covers 500 square meters and the concept of the restaurant was developed by Chef Foa for the event catering company Flavours.

This will be the fifth Stradale restaurant in Bucharest and it will be open both for the tenants of Oregon Park and the rest of the public.

“As there are numerous office office buildings in the area, so we have built an access path from Dimitrie Pompei Boulevard that will allow those living in Floreasca area to take advantage of the products offered by Stradale,” said Florin Furdui, country manager at Portland Trust, the developer of the office project.

The new restaurant will be placed in A building, the first unit of the Oregon Park complex, which was finalized this September. The building has a surface of 21,000 sqm and has six floors occupied by Oracle.

The B building of Oregon Park should be finished this October and will provide another 24,000 sqm of office space, out of which 5,000 sqm have already been leased.

The office park will have in total three buildings that will cover 72,000 sqm.
