The consortium comprising Strasbag and Straco Grup will build a 10.1 km sector of the highway Brasov- Oradea with a contract valued at RON 251.4 million, VAT not included, following a public tender.
The National Company of Highways and National Roads from Romania (CNADNR) announced on Wednesday the issuance of an ordinance for “building the highway Brasov- Targu Mures- Cluj- Oradea, district 1C Targu Mures- Ogra, Ogra Lot 2: Ungheni-Ogra” with a length of 10.105 km.
The contract was delayed until this date because of the land non-expropriation for reasons that did not depend on CNADNR.
The project is financed within the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014-2020, representing a newly founded project on the Central TEN-T network.
The contract runs 12 months and and the new road will have a warranty period of 48 months.
