Veranda, the shopping center developed by Prodplast Imobiliare in the Obor area of Bucharest, has signed a leasing contract with the coffee shops chain Starbucks, thus reaching an occupancy level of almost 85 percent.
“Starbucks completes its diverse offer that we’ll have in the restaurants area of Veranda, so that visitors can choose from a complete range of options of spending their free time. Strabucks is one of the most appreciated coffee shops present on the Romanian market and we are glad that they chose to open a new location in our commercial center. At the moment, all the spaces from the restaurants area are rented or we are in advanced discussions with the renters, ” said Andrei Pogonaru, developer of Veranda.
“We are always looking for opening new locations in order to be closer to our customers. Veranda offered us the ideal space, according to our standards and the type of the project, the quality and its excellent positioning made this decision be a natural one, “ added Mateusz Sielecki, regional director Starbucks Romania.
Starbucks will be in an interior space of the restaurant area from its commercial partners and will also have a terrace.
Among renters from the restaurant are Oro Toro, Pizza Coloseum , Salad Box, K-Grill, Rustic, Toan’s, Spartan and the candy shop Sweet by Marvio.
