SoftOne Technologies wins auction for the acquisition of Unisoft

SoftOne Technologies (member of the Olympia Group) has been declared winner of the bidding process for the acquisition of Unisoft SA. The agreement was signed on February 22, and will close right after the issuance of the court decision which will approve the restructuring plan.

The acquisition is expected to significantly boost the company’s aggregate market share as well as to expand its network of partners and the technological know-how of SoftOne, placing the company into a leading position in the SE Europe IT market.

For over 30 years, Unisoft has been one of the leading software companies in Greece, with a customer base that exceeds 22,000 software installations in small-sized and large-sized companies in Greece, Romania and other countries in SE Europe, along with a network of over 300 partners.
