The first building will have a leasable area of 20,800 sqm and will be finished in the second quarter of 2019, part of the two-buildings complex with a total leasable surface of 40,700 sqm.
Equilibrium brings a new concept on the office buildings from Romania, with 12 floors and 240 underground parking lots. The project aims to create an equilibrium between the professional and personal life to those who develop their activity there, integrated facilities that offer flexibility.
“It’s a very good year for Skanska, considering that we’re starting to develop the third offices project from Romania. We chose to expand our presence in Floreasca, in the north part of Bucharest and be confident that this continues to be one of the most popular areas. Through this project, that comprises also the newest green technology, our main goal is to create a work environment that inspires,” said Aurelia Luca, country director Skanska Property Romania.
Equilibrium complex will be certified LEED Gold and will integrate sustainable solutions.
Skanska has fully sold its first office complex developed in Romania, Green Court, to Globalworth.
