Construction company Skanska has started the development of Campus 6, the office project Campus 6 from the center-western part of  Bucharest, near the Polytechnics University. The required investment for the first building amounts to  EUR 37.8 million.

Campus 6 will have a total leasable area of 82,000 square meters, comprising four class A office buildings. The first building will have a surface of approximately 22,000 sqm, with 11 floors and two levels of underground parking. The estimated delivery term for this is the third quarter of 2018. The new build received a LEED Gold certificate and will integrate sustainable solutions that will minimize its effects over the environment.

“We are glad to announce that through this new investment, Skanska consolidates its position and fulfills one of its strategic objectives: to be present in two areas from Bucharest. The constructions works have already started, having as objective the offices development in a special space, where people enjoy spending their time. With this project we meet the tenants’ needs who wish to expand thir activity in the following years and focus on their employees’ well being.  Moreover, we are glad to observe that our vision about Campus 6 is confirmed by the increased interest of the potential tenants,” said Aurelia Luca, country director Skanska Property Romania.

The new project is situated between two main boulevards, Iuliu Maniu and Vasile Milea. The proximity to Basarab bridge ensures the easy connection with the northern and center sectors.

The Campus 6 is designed as a social hub.
