River Development, the company that manages and develops real estate projects within business park Sema Office, and the industrial park Sema Parc signed 3 new tenants, during 2017: Mega Image, Praktiker and Studio Moderna.

“For us the expansion is a natural step. We constantly increase the number of people within the team due to the massive development of brands in our portfolio. The movement in a space that allows us the expansion of the activities will take place at the beginning of 2018, when the teams within the offices together with the call center teams will move integrally in the new space in Sema Parc. There are approximately 350 persons that will relocate the activities,” says Zoltan Pilecki, managing director Studio Moderna Romania.

Studio Moderna, the multinational group with Slovenian origins in Romania and in other 20 countries, rented an office space of class A of 2,500 sqm at the ground floor of Paris office in the business park Sema Office. The transaction was intermediated by the real estate consultancy company Colliers.

Mega image, part of the international group Ahold Delhaize, rented a commercial space of 705 sqm in Sema Parc and launched the new store on October 18. The store will comprise around 6,000 employees, both within the industrial park Sema Parc and the new office buildings of A class Sema Office. The rented space has a surface of 2,500 sqm.

Praktiker rented 1,200 sqm of office buildings of A class in Brussels building, moving the headquarter from Voluntari locality.

Sema Office business park is in construction in different phases. The Brussels building finished in 2016 has a lettable area of 13,800 sqm of offices class A, on 2 floors.

In 2018, River Development intends to start the phase Sema Office II of around 60,000 sqm office class A and the delivery of The Light project of 21,000 sqm lettable area.
