Schneider Electric will open in the first semester of 2011 a customer relations center in Bucharest for its IT division APC by Schneider Electric. The Romanian center will reunite the customer relations centers already existing in Europe and take requests from Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Czech republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania and Greece. “Creating over new 40 positions with the implementation of the support department is an investment in the local labor market and a recognition of its potential,” said David Nicholl (pictured), country president of Schneider Electric Romania. The center will be located in the Euro Tower building in Bucharest, a building that also hosts the company’s Romanian headquarters.
