Sameday Courier’s H1 turnover up by 37 pct to RON 6.02 mln

Sameday Courier, the delivery and post services company, registered a turnover of RON 6.02 million in the first semester, a growth of 37 percent compared with the turnover from the same period of 2015, while the net profit grew by 87 percent compared with the first semester of 2015, reaching close to RON 1 million, according to a report submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The turnover growth was determined by the deliveries volume increase, with over 50 percent, taking into account that all the business lines had positive evolution. It was also sustained by the development of ’same day deliveries’ segment at the same time with the increase in the deliveries projects volume in less accelerated time, addressed and not addressed. Moreover, the accelerated e-commerce evolution ensured the company with a significant increasing trend.

At the end of June, Sameday Courier registered a positive evolution of the assets of 25.23 percent.
