Bucharest Real Estate Fair opens Friday with 10,000 residential units on display

On Friday, September 7, around 100 exhibitors and more than 10,000 residential units will be present at the opening of the real estate fair Salonul Imobiliar Bucharest (SIB). For the first time, Dubai real estate offers will also be displayed in Romania through the broker Alman Almanarat.

SIB Launches

Atria Urban Resort, the large-scale project developed by SIF Moldova and Cityring in the Strauleşti Lake area, with a total investment of over EUR 100 million, will launch its commercial offer within SIB.

The new project is being built in the vicinity of the Colosseum Retail Park, on a nine-hectare plot of land. Atria Urban Resort will sell first-class apartments with a total of 160 units (studio, two and three rooms), a private park and a pool dedicated to residents. It is already under construction and is to be delivered in the third quarter of 2019.

Sud Residential launches at SIB Top House Residence, a development of 500 housing units in the Park Residence Metallurgy. The new project is made up of three apartment buildings ranging from 55 to 110 sqm.

In addition to the above-ground parking lots, a large, large-size parking space will be arranged. Another project launched within the SIB is Spazio Residence, a residential complex with a total of 336 apartments in the Bragadiru area.

The project is an investment of Water Systems International, part of a group of companies active in the most dynamic sectors of activity, from the trade in materials for thermal, sanitary and electrical installations, construction and real estate.

Homes built from scratch

Welcome Home, the first real estate project management agency for individuals wishing to build a home, is premiered at the SIB.

The agency offers services for Bucharest and Ilfov County and can take over all or part of the process: land identification (selection of bids based on budget, area and desired area), design (selecting an architectural plan from the database or customized design) , documents (purchase purchase-land file, town planning certificate, geotechnical study, obtaining permits and building permits), contract with the general contractor and supervision of the construction stages, including the automation systems for the intelligent house, interior design, landscaping and final cleaning.

Customers do not have any extra costs, because agency fees are provided directly by service providers.
