Romania’s industrial production prices gain 6.1 pct in June

Industrial production prices for the domestic market and non‐domestic market rose by 6.1 percent in June 2018 compared to June 2017, according to the National Institute of Statistics (INS).

In June, prices were up by 0.6 percent versus the previous month.

Year-on-year, the biggest price increases of 38.2 percent were recorded in mining of coal and lignite and extraction of crude petroleum and natural gas. Looking at industrial branches, the biggest gain in price of 15.25 percent was recorded in the energy field.
