Romanian boy gets standing ovation for speech in UK Youth Parliament

Victor Ciunca, a child born to Romanian parents who emigrated to Wales, held a speech the Youth Parliament in London and impressed everyone with his knowledge and dedication on the issue of mental health. Through his speech, Victor asked for more funds to support mental health programs and a better legislative framework for the country to deal with these problems. 

At the end of Victor’s speech, the audience burst into applause and he received sincere congratulations from the speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow.
