Fast Food restaurants chain Hercule will consolidate and expand its network in 2017. Hercule currently has units in Timisoara, Resita, Pitesti, Deva and Vaslui and aims to open new stores in Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Brasov and Ramnicu Valcea.
Hercule registered a turnover of EUR 1 million at the end of 2016.
“Hercule is a chain that promotes the concept of Greek pub adapted to fast-food type. We wanted to bring the the most popular Greek dishes on the Romanian market. We aim for this year to open new units, including by attracting new franchisees,” said Vadim Sinescu, the chain’s franchise manager.
Hercule is a franchise type of restaurant and the investment in a unit starts from EUR 40,000 without VAT and can grow according to the unit size and the positioning place. To this amount is added the franchise tax, reaching EUR 5,000. Each unit has minimum 12 employees.
Hercule currently has two restaurants in commercial centers, Shopping City Timisoara and Shopping City Deva and three restaurants on the street in Vaslui, Pitesti and Resita. There are almost 70 people that work within the chain.
“To become a Hercule franchisee it’s extremely important to spend your time exclusively to start and growth the business. This activity requires a lot of work and high level of responsibility,” said Sinescu.
