Recruitment company Thera opens new branch in Iasi

Thera Group, a company specializing in recruiting workforce for jobs outside of Romania, announced it was opening a new agency in Iasi, expanding its national network to four agencies. The other existing agencies are in Bucharest, Cluj and Constanta. “For the first semester of this year we plan to recruit and place over 3,000 people in areas such as agriculture, construction, professional driving, nursing, specialized and unqualified personnel,” said Cristian Tudoache, general manage of Thera Group.

In 2010 Thera Group reported an eight-time increase in turnover compared to 2009, reaching RON 732,828 ( approximately EUR 170,425). The number of job applicants increased three times last year compared to 2009 and the company says it expects the trend to continue this year as well.
