Six brokers finalists in the bid to intermediate stateaa‚¬a„¢s 9.84 percent in Petrom

Six brokers are interested to intermediate the secondary public offering to sell a 9.84 percent stake in OMV Petrom.

The sale offer of 9.84 percent of Petrom, with an estimated value EUR 500 million will be the largest transaction in the history of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The Economy Ministry plans to launch the offer by mid-year.

 

The finalists list:

  • The union formed of Banca Comerciala Romana, J.P. Morgan, Erste Group Bank, SSIF Intercapital Invest SA;
  • The union formed of Renaissance Capital Limited, EFG Eurobank Securities, BT Securities, SC Romcapital SA;
  • Consortium: Morgan Stanley & Co International plc, Raiffeisen Capital & Investment SA, Raiffeisen Centrobank AG;
  • Consortium: Nomura International Ltd, Alpha Bank Romania, Alpha Finance Romania;
  • Consortium: Unicredit Caib Securities Romania SA, Goldman Sachs International, Unicredit Bank AG
  • Consortium: UBS Limited, Ing Bank NV, Ing Bank NV Amsterdam –Bucarest branch.
