Privo Hotel, luxury hotel segment leader in Transylvania, forecasts for this year EUR 1 million in turnover, 35 percent more compared to the revenues recorded in 2014.
“For 2015 we plan to achieve an average occupancy rate of 55 percent and a turnover of EUR 1 million. We are currently market leader in terms of quality of services. For 2015 we expect a 35 percent increase in economic indicators, growth we will achieve by increasing the accommodation fares, the MICE segment and food & beverage component development and, not least, through customer loyalty,” stated in a press release Otilia Demian, Director of Business Development with Privo Hotel.
The hotel management believes that the increase in turnover will be possible as a result of the new management strategy implemented since the third quarter of last year: a new menu signed by executive chef Martin White, an extensive wine tasting program and a loyalty program for loyal customers.
Privo Hotel in Targu Mures ended 2014 with EUR 700,000 in turnover, according to the initial forecast. Earlier this year, Privo Hotel ranked No. 7 in the top of the best luxury hotels in Romania, ranking made by TripAdvisor, the largest online travel platform in the world.
