Premier Estate Management reports over EUR 22 mln worth of land and apartment sales on five months

Real estate consultancy Premier Estate Management said it had reported a record amount of sales in the first five months of this year.

The company said its land and apartment sales amounted to EUR 22 million, on the back of growing operations in the residential and investment segments.

The best sales were recorded for the Asmita Gardens residential complex, where apartments worth EUR 4.5 million were traded. The investment department of the company has brokered land deals and investment packages with a combined value of EUR 6 million.

Premier Estate Management has fully sold the Citadella Titan residential complex. The company handled this project in the last two years. Around 85 percent of the apartments in this complex were sold through the state-backed Prima Casa program for first home buyers. The project in Titan went into administration in 2013.

Citadella Titan comprises two buildings with 14 floors each and covers 7,900 sqm.

Andreea Comsa, managing director of Premier Estate Management, said that most of the owners at apartments at Citadella Titan are young people.

In its 8 years of activity, the investment portfolio managed by Premier Estate Management has reached over EUR 150 million. It handled over 1,000 apartments in residential projects such as Ibiza Sol, 49 Gafencu and Pallady Towers Residence.
