Opus Land Development announced it had finalized a EUR 5.5 million investment to deliver 103 new residential units in the second phase of the Cosmopolis project. “We have finalized a new phase in the Cosmopolis project, and in November we plan to deliver the first units to clients,” said Ahmet Buyukhanli, the majority shareholder of Opus Land Development.
Out of the 103 units around 50 percent were sold off-plan. The mix of finalized residential units includes studios, two-, three-, and four- room apartments. The price of a studio starts at EUR 38,000 plus VAT, a two-room apartment at EUR 56,000 plus VAT, a three-room apartment at EUR 62,000 plus VAT, and four-room apartments at EUR 150,000 plus VAT.
The Cosmopolis project is located in the North Eastern part of Bucharest, in the Pipera Stefanesti area of Bucharest. The first phase of Cosmopolis was finalized so far, with 586 apartments delivered. In the second phase of the apartments 62 apartments were delivered at the beginning of the year, besides the 103 units announced this week. The Opus Land Development investments in Cosmopolis were started in 2006 and they reach EUR 200 million, placed in infrastructure, buildings, villas and commercial areas.
