One United Properties has been granted permission to build One Herastrau Towers. The company has already begun preparations for the construction of the mixed housing, office and commerce units.

Situated on the site of an abandoned building – a true infection hotbed that has already been demolished by One United Properties, One Herastrau Towers will be an asset not just to those who move there but to the entire community and the environment. The building will be finished in 24 months.

The construction will upgrade the whole area, and the shops and services available on the ground floor and the first floor of the building will serve not only residents, but also those who will carry out their activity there or attend them.

This complex benefits from an elegant contemporary design with high-quality finishes, plus the benefits of green buildings, for which One United Properties has already begun to seek the Green Homes certification, a feature of all of the company’s projects.

45 meters buildings

One Herastrau Towers will rise to 45 meters above the ground. It will consist of three areas: the base of the building and the two towers.

The base of the building will have 5,250 square meters of office space and offices, which puts the construction in the urban landscape. The area is animated by the commercial promenade, flanked by the 8 meter high glass facade, which marks the idea of visual permeability both to the promenade and the commercial space.
