Oasis Development and Real4You sign C&A for Botosani Family Center

Oasis Development and Real4You Immobilien have signed clothing retailer C&A as a tenant for the Familiy Center in Botosani. C&A will take up a 1,200 sqm surface, and will open its store in April 2011.

Family Center Botosani opened in November 2011, following a EUR 7 million investment. Other tenants in the center are Kaufland, Plus (Lidl), Takko, Deichman, Carmolimp, Animax. The mall has a built surface of 6,200 sqm.

Oasis Retail Development & Consulting has delivered so far over 60 projects. The company has delivered projects with a total surface of over 1.5 million sqm, and an investment value over EUR 800 million. The company’s current portfolio includes over 200,000 sqm of retail space in construction works and territorial development. For the next three years the company plans to develop over 100 commercial centers and retail parks throughout the country. Since 2002 Oasis has been the partner of Kaufland and Plus in Romania, having developed over 50 commercial centers for them.
