NNDKP appoints Anca Deaconu as senior patent attorney

Law firm NNDKP has appointed Anca Deaconu as senior patent attorney in the Intellectual Property department. She is specialized in patents – electrical engineering IT&C.

Over the past 7 years of professional activity, Deaconu has worked as an engineer for an international construction company in the energy field and subsequently joined the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (SOIT) where she started as a patent examiner, continued as director of the Electricity – Physics Department and was subsequently promoted to the position of director of the Department of Patents Inventions and Innovation Support.

“Given that the firm’s general objective is to provide highly specialized technical services generally associated with boutique firms active in the intellectual property field combined with integrated services specific to law firms, the addition of Anca to our team was a natural step in consolidating our experience” said Ana-Maria Baciu, partner and coordinator of the IP practice.

Currently, NNDKP IP has a team comprised of two partners, Ana-Maria Baciu, practice coordinator, and Cosmina Simion, both of whom are also intellectual property counselors, five attorneys and three intellectual property counselors.
