NEPI Rockastle to open Shopping City Satu Mare on December 6

The real estate developer NEPI Rockcastle announces that December 6 is the official opening date of the 18th shopping center in the Romanian portfolio, Shopping City Satu Mare. With a rental space of approximately 29,000 square meters, disposed on two levels, the shopping center will raise the regional retail landscape through its commercial mix, tailored to local needs as well as the modernity of the ensemble.

”We have invested over EUR 40 million euros in this shopping center, which will redesign the local retail and entertainment landscape. The know-how accumulated from our entire mall network shows that visitors now have an experience that goes beyond the shopping level, ”says Lavinia Finta, Center Manager, Shopping City Satu Mare.

Thus, Shopping City Satu Mare will be a shopping center with 90 brands to be opening stores, between them being Carrefour, New Yorker, LC Waikiki, Douglas, Orsay, CCC, Kenvelo, Office Shoes, Smyk, Noriel, Hervis, Intersport, Altex, Pepco, Kendra, dm or BSB.

For the first time, Shopping City Satu Mare will host the first Carrefour hypermarket in the city with a total area of ​​10,000 square meters. Access to the shopping center will be an extremely easy one, both for visitors who choose to come by car and who will have more than 1,000 parking spaces, but also for those arriving by public transport, a bus station being located right in front of the mall. In addition, proximity to the city center is another strong point.
