NEPI and Ovidiu Sandor complete The Office project from Cluj-Napoca

New Europe Property Investments (NEPI), the operator of real estate investments and entrepreneur Ovidiu Sandor finish the project The Office, a modern office building in Cluj Napoca. The Office attracted the interest of local and international companies present in the region.

The third stage of constructions works was initiated in the spring of 2016, the surface of 18,500 sqm of this phase to be finished in 15 months. The entire project has a total lettable area of 59,000 sqm, developed in three different stages was finished within 5 years, according to the plan of developers since 2012. It currently has an occupancy rate of 95 percent and there are advanced discussion for the remaining surfaces.

The Office was launched during economic crisis, being one of the few developments of that period. It became a reference project for Cluj-Napoca, an office building from Transylvania that respects the international standards for A class.

“The Office became a landmark both for Cluj-Napoca and for the two developers partners, with an interesting  meaning for our portfolio,” said Ovidiu Sandor, co-developer of the project.

“The Office enjoyed since the beginning a high interest from the business environment in the region, confirming that we built here a work space able to respond to the companies’ requests for their employees. The project can accommodate up to 1,000 employees on a floor,” said Marius Barbu, asset manager of NEPI.

Ovidiu Sandor is an entrepreneur from Timisoara and CEO of real estate company Mulberry Development.
