The Mexican fast food chain Taco Bell will open the first restaurant in Romania in Baneasa Shopping City on October 12, according to the company’s representatives’ announcement on Facebook.
Taco Bell owns products with Mexican inspiration, such as crunchy Tacos, burrito, quesadilla, nachos and crunchwraps.
Recently, the chain opened the first restaurant in Netherlands and plans to expand in Spain, Guatemala, South Korea and UK.
Currently the group operates over 43,000 fast food chains in 135 countries, out of which 6,500 are Taco Bell restaurants.
The company’s objective is to make global sales of USD 15 billion and own 9,000 restaurants at global level until 2022.
The fast-food chain is owned by the American group Yum! Brands. In Romania it is operated by Sphera Franchise Group S.A.
