The acquisition of Iowemed, the top quality network of clinics in Constanta county, is a key strategic part of our growth. We will continue to look for opportunities that compliment Medicover’s range of healthcare services. I am also extremely proud of the contribution that Romania has made to achieving the general results of Medicover of 1 million members,” said Adrian Peake, general manager of Medicover Romania.
“The third quarter confirms that we are well on track to reach our targets with good organic growth and healthy margin expansion across both divisions. We continue to see a stable market development in both Poland and Romania, with sustained robust demand for our services, and currently do not foresee any major changes to market conditions,” said Fredrik Ragmark, CEO of Medicover.
“Synevo Romania has maintained the ambitious development pace it set this year. As such, in September, we inaugurated the first digital histopathology department in South-East Europe,” said Laurentiu Luca, general manager of Synevo Romania.
