Matei Malos, co-founder of directimo.ro, the real estate portal launched this week, says that this online project aims to make it easier for people to buy property in Romania.

The offering of the platform is split in three: 70 percent owners, over 20 percent developers and around 10 percent real estate agents with exclusive offers.

Directimo.ro looks to make the whole buying process more efficient: the necessary time for an acquisition reduces itself due to the removal of the pointless visits of the non-relevant properties, through the organized presentation of the offers’ market unique and unduplicated, with complete and updated details. Moreover, though the direct access to the offer’s source the client benefits from the minimum price.

The buyers have at their disposal a series of unique functionalities on the market that can help them throughout the search and transaction, including the access to verified specialists in various sectors including real estate consultants and lawyers.

„We are offering a marketplace dedicated to the buyer and at the same time equidistant towards the offers’ unique suppliers : pwners, feveloppers of real estate agents with exclusive offers. We strongly believe in the evolution of the market from offering intermediation services to representation ones,” said Malos.

Directimo.ro represents an evolution of the HomeFinders project, the first local real estate service specialized in the representation of the buyer, that starting February 2011 has accumulated thousants of consultancy meetings and hundreds of transactions.

The project was developed by people with more than 10 years’ worth of experience in real estate, who also have a solid background in strategy and technology.
