Real estate developers London Partners will invest EUR 26 million in residential project SoHo Unirii, located in the Unirii area, offering 236 apartments. This is the first project developed by the company on the Romanian market.

The building phase started in the summer of 2017. The residential complex will be completed in the first quarter of 2019.

“The Romanian real estate market caught our attention a few years ago already, and after close inspection we decided to invest in the local market. This is a good moment to build new houses in Bucharest, in particular in a central area,” Richard McLaughlin-Duane, general director London Partners Romania said.

London Market is already planning a second residential project, which will debut next year. “Such a project, with such a location is a great plus for our portfolio. People increasingly want a good standard of life and we are glad to offer our clients an apartment that offers this; that is why we believe very much in this residential project,” Daniel Tudor, CEO The Concept Group, who estimates that the entire complex will be sold in maximum one year.

Sales of the SoHo Unirii project started in November 2017 and are conducted exclusively by The Concept Group. Currently, over 15 percent of the total available apartments have already been reserved.

SoHo Unirii is located on Strada Verizsori. London Partners is part of an international group which has invested more than one USD 1 billion in several sectors.
