Lidl Romania launches online holidays shop

Lidl Romania announced its plans to launch an online holidays shop starting June 15. With offers comprising various destinations throughout the year, the new service offered by the retailer will aim at local development through the promotion of Romanian destinations, company representatives say.

“As a natural consequence of Lidl’s development in Romania and the desire to constantly surprise our customers with unique offers, we bring to the Romanian market Lidl Tour. Through the tourist packages we promote, we want to give Romanians the possibility of enjoying wonderful journeys with their loved ones from which to return with a bag full of beautiful moments,” stated Frank Wagner, president of the board of directors of Lidl Romania.

The Romanian holiday shop follows the ones open for residents of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Italy. The holiday packages will be available online or via the dedicated hotline.
