Key move. Gerald Grull appointed head of Asset Management Retail Europe at IMMOFINANZ

Gerald Grull (46) has been appointed head of Asset Management Retail Europe at IMMOFINANZ. In this function, he will be responsible for IMMOFINANZ’s retail portfolio in Europe.

“We are pleased to welcome Gerald Grüll, an experienced real estate and retail expert, to IMMOFINANZ. He and his team will continue the expansion of our STOP SHOP retail parks and VIVO! shopping centers and further optimise the attractiveness of our retail space for international and local tenants“, said Dietmar Reindl, COO of IMMOFINANZ.

Grull has 17 years of experience in the real estate sector with a focus on the international corporate retail environment. Most recently, he handled the general redesign, renovation and expansion of the Donauzentrum in Vienna and the SCS in Vssendorf for the French property company Unibail-Rodamco.

Grull studied spatial planning and regional development at the TU Wien and he completed a Real Estate Master at the Danube University Krems and an Executive Management course for the international real estate sector in Regensburg, Milan and Paris.

IMMOFINANZ is a commercial real estate group whose activities are focused on the retail and office segments of eight core markets in Europe: Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Moscow.
