The state-owned gas producer Romgaz announced this Friday that it appointed Dorin-Liviu Nistoran as president of the Administration Council, following the resignation of Gheorghe – Gabriel Gheorghe.
„The Administration Council of S.N.G.N. Romgaz gathered at the meeting from October 19 approved the resignation of Gheorghe–Gabriel Gheorghe from the position of president of the administration board, as well as his withdrawal of the S.N.G.N. Romgaz’s administrator mandate,” says the company release sent to the Bucharest Stock exchange (BVB), where it’s mentioned that Dorin-Liviu Nistoran (photo) has been appointed president.
Romgaz is owned by the Energy Ministry.
The company registered a net profit of RON 868 million in the first semester of this year and an increased turnover by 29.3 percent to RON 2.39 billion.
