Key move. Aurelia Costache is the new head of business assistance department of EY Romania

Aurelia Costache is the new head of business assistance department of EY Romania, after coordinating for three years the consultancy division for the financial services industry of the company.

In the last 2 years, she has also been involved in setting up the global excellence centers of EY for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) automatization.

„I am glad that I can take over the lead of this services line. The RPA center that we developed here allows us to bring on the local market the most innovative services. Besides the obvious advantages for our clients here, which now have access to this kind of services, I think that more important is the impact over the team, through the opportunities growth of the specialists in Romania,” says Costache.

With an accumulated experience of over 20 years as consultant in banking and telecom field, Costache has helped several companies to improve the usage level of informatics systems.

She has an EMBA at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees Paris and a post-graduate diploma in International Business at the Edinburgh University.
