Karin’s Kids Academy kindergarten to open in Baneasa area following EUR 4.5 mln investment

Karin’s Kids Academy will start operations this September in Baneasa area, northern part of Bucharest, following an investment of EUR 4.5 million.

The new kindergarten, located in the forest, has a surface of 10,000 square meters and has 12 class rooms, a medical office, conference rooms, a cafeteria, a sports room and two terraces.

The maximum capacity of Karin’s Kids Academy in the first year of activity will be if 120 children and the capacity will grow to 226 in the next year. Starting September, children will split on age groups: nursery and kindergarten.

Also in the first year the kindergarten’s employees will count 30 teachers and auxiliary staff starting to increase the following year to 50.

The investment was made by three business people, Dan Prediger, Florentin Oprea and Andreea Dumitru, who aimed to develop an educational system centered on the stimulation of multiple intelligence (linguistic,musical, spacial, inter-personal, logical-mathematics).

The three founders have an experience of over 20 years in business and investments.

“This is the second Karin’s Kids Academy kindergarten that we’ll open in Bucharest after the one in Domenii,” said Dan Prediger, founder Karin’s Kids Academy.

Until the end of the year, the two kindergartens will reach a combined turnover of EUR 600,000.
