Inditex opens Zara Home and Oysho stores in Openville Timisoara

The company Iulius and the Spanish group Inditex have recently signed a partnership that aims to open two new brands in Openville Timisoara: Zara Home and Oysho.

Zara Home is a brand dedicated to home decoration based on the latest trends. Its collections can include kitchen and bathroom textiles, bed linen, furniture items, crockery, cutlery and other home decoration products as well as homewear and cosmetics.

The Oysho brand specializes in various items such as underwear, gymwear, sleepwear, beachwear, accessories and footwear.

In addition, the five Inditex stores in Iulius Mall Timisoara – Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Bershka and Stradivarius – will be expanded, some even doubling their surface. This includes the new Zara store, which will be on approximately 3,640 sqm and will be disposed on two levels.

Openville Timisoara, the EUR 220 million mixed-use real estate project

Openville Timisoara, currently still under construction, will be the largest mixed type project in the west of the country and the main attraction for business, shopping and leisure. The ensemble will integrate the current Iulius Mall and complete the retail offer with a surface an additional 47,000 sqm, reaching 118,000 sqm of leasable area.

New spaces will be arranged in an extension of the mall, on the ground floor of office buildings and in the area of ​​the future park.

Openville will include seven Class A office buildings, 450 stores, a new concept of multiplex cinema, two conference centers and 10 events halls, as well as a variety of restaurants and themed cafes, and a panorama to the largest suspended park in the country, created from scratch. 

After the two office buildings completed in 2017, works are underway in Openville Timisoara for two other office buildings, the new retail spaces, an underground parking lot with more than 580 parking spaces, as well as a traffic underpass that will streamline the traffic in the entire area.
