Fetesti-Cernavoda bridge toll can now be paid in PayPoint partner stores

PayPoint Romania, the main operator for cash payments and electronic top-ups in retail points, together with Scala Assistance, a company authorised for issuing and managing the road toll, have announced the extension of their partnership. Almost four years after the launch of the partnership that allowed the purchase of the vignette from PayPoint partner store, the two companies are also providing customers with the option of paying the Fetesti-Cernavoda bridge toll.

The service is available in the almost 11,000 PayPoint partner stores throughout the country, from which Romanian drivers are already buying their vignettes. Making these payments in proximity stores has been shown to be a preference of many customers, and it has been very helpful especially for Romanians who are far away from alternative options. The payment of the bridge toll in PayPoint stores will also lead to the decrease in the time spent for this activity and to easier access to the Dobrogea and Black Sea areas.

Besides paying the vignette and the bridge toll, PayPoint terminals also allow customers to pay utilities bills, security services, plane tickets, phone or internet bills, as well as top up their mobile SIMs and even make internal and international money transfers.
