Family of Kuwaiti millionaire gone missing in Romania to offer EUR 1 mln for clues

The family of the Kuwaiti millionaire gone missing in Romania have doubled the amount offered for clues in the case to EUR 1 million. The businessman went missing in the mountain resort of Cheia, Prahova County, in 2015. The offer is valid during August only. Afterwards, the family will offer EUR 500,000.

The family of Kuwaiti business Mohammed Albaghli made the announcement in the hope that the doubling of the amount offered for clues will make their search advance. “For a better support and stimulation, in view of obtaining help to find out what happened with our father, throughout one month, in August, the amount will go up to EUR 1 million, which will be given to anyone who offers information that can lead to finding our father,” the family said.

The businessman, who owns a holiday home in the mountain resort of Cheia, Prahova County, disappeared in 2015 after he went for a walk.

Starting September, the amount offered will be halved, to EUR 500,000.
