Eight new denominations introduced in the Standard Classification of Occupations

The Standard Classification of Occupations (COR – Codul Ocupatiilor din Romania) has gained eight new occupations, announces HR Management Club, the association of HR specialists in Romania.

The eight occupations will be published in the Official Monitor and include the following: HR director, HR consultant, training specialist, recruitment specialist, benefits and compensations specialist, organizational development specialist, internal consultant in HR and work relations specialist.

The project is part of the program “Partnership for the development of the HR field”, cofinanced from the European Social Fund through the Operational Sectorial Program HR Development 2007-2013, implemented by HR Club in 2010.

Until the official publication, these occupations will have temporary codes.
