The lack of qualified work force has become a core issue for companies across Germany. Therefore it has started to attract workers with cheap housing and a platter with sausages, according to Bloomberg.
After years of high increase, the unemployment rate in Germany dropped to a minimum record level of 5.4 percent and the country has 1.2 million vacancies, close to the equivalent of Munchen population.
The manufacturing, constructions and medical services sectors have the biggest issues and one in four companies might be forced to reduce the production due to the work force deficit.
