Dan Pascariu steps down from NEPI Rockastle executive management

Dan Pascariu, chairman of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank, is withdrawing from the executive management of the NEPI Rockcastle real estate group where he was holding the position of non-executive president. Pascariu steps down after 9 years in NEPi Rockastle management.

Pascariu was appointed as non-executive president of NEPI in 2009 and this year, the banker decided not to run for a new mandate. After the general assemby in August, he well be replaced by Robert Reinhardt Emslie, who held in the last 21 years, different positions in financial services and property management in ABSA Group in South Africa.

NEPI Rockcastle is one of the largest investors in Romanian real estate sector and has been present in the country since 2008.  The investment ompany owns 24 shopping centers in Romania, 5 office buildings and 2 industrial projects.

The company’s portfolio in Romania includes Mega Mall, Promenada Mall, Vulcan Value Center, Timisoara Shopping City, CityPark Constanta, Ploiesti Shopping City, and also office buildings Floreasca Business Park, The LakeView in Bucharest, City Business Center in Timisoara and The Office in Cluj.
