Real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox is consolidating its industrial department. The firm has recruited Anamaria Tihu (left of picture), who has over 10 years’ worth of experience. She has been appointed as senior consultant in charge with the brokerage of leasing deals for logistics and storage spaces. She will also handle the development of the company’s portfolio of clients.
Tihu, who holds a Master’s degree in transports from the Politechnics University in Bucharest, has worked in the past decade for DHL as account manager.
“The market is on a positive trends and I think it is the right time to capitalize on this positive context,” said Rodica Tarcavu, partner, Industrial Agency – Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
In the last 12 months, the industrial department of the real estate consultancy has brokered leasing deals for storage spaces with total surfaces of 60,000 sqm. In addition, the consultancy is negotiating additional transactions for around 50,000 sqm.
