Crosspoint Real Estate appointed exclusive agent for H Pipera Lake residential project developed by Hagag Development

Crosspoint Real Estate, a service delivery partner of Savills in Romania, has been appointed exclusive agent for the sale of the units in H Pipera Lake residential project, developed by Hagag Development Europe.

The project is located on the shores of Pipera Lake and will include a total number of 1,350 apartments arranged in 17 buildings, developed in 3 construction phases. The first phase consists in the delivery of 5 buildings GF+6 floors+7R with planned handover starting end of 2019 for 390 apartments, with built areas ranging between 55 sqm and 97 sqm. The construction will commence shortly.

H Pipera Lake offers a wide variety of units, ranging from studios with prices starting from EUR 57,900, 1-bedroom apartments with prices starting from EUR 67,900 and 2-bedroom apartments starting from EUR 96,800, the maximum price being EUR 110,150 + VAT.

The apartments are detached and come with generous terraces up to 29 sqm, storage and flexible partitioning, while the kitchens benefit from natural ventilation. The complex provides 1,600 parking spaces, as well as private gardens for the apartments situated at the ground floor.
